Our Journey
B&C MEDIA was born from the intersection of curiosity, purpose, and the desire to help people build businesses better, or dive headfirst into their dreams.
Founded by a former news producer turned marketing executive, and a lifelong writer, artist, and activist, B&C MEDIA started as a late-night side project in a home office/studio, fueled by passion, frustration, and a shared belief that media should serve people; not gatekeepers. What began as a two-person podcast quickly evolved into a full-service creative studio offering content strategy, translations, videos, branding, voiceovers, and everything in between.
We launched our first podcast as a husband-and-wife team with no funding beyond our savings, and no playbook but our own, but with deep conviction and decades of experience across organizational management, writing and producing, teaching, activism, content creation, and community-building. That podcast became a platform, and that platform grew into a hub where stories and strategy meet: a space where creators, educators, and entrepreneurs could tell their stories, grow their vision, and reach audiences that matter.
We’ve worked from small desks in tiny rooms, recorded in closets, edited through power outages, and launched projects while the world felt upside down. And still, we’ve helped creators launch their first podcasts, authors publish their stories, and teams find the right words to define who they are and what they do (sometimes in more than one language). Our journey hasn’t been linear, but it’s been honest, collaborative, and driven by love for the work and deep respect for the people we serve.
Today, B&C MEDIA is more than a studio. It’s a commitment: to amplify bold voices, create meaningful content, coach people to the completion of their dreams, and show up with integrity-- for every client, every audience, every time.

Yolanda brings over two decades of experience in storytelling, strategy, and leadership. A former news producer turned marketing executive, Yolanda blends journalistic integrity with creative insight to help brands, creators, and changemakers craft narratives that resonate. She leads with empathy, clarity, and a deep commitment to amplifying diverse voices— building bridges between bold ideas and the audiences who need them most.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
Daniel brings stories to life through words, voice, and bold creative vision. A published author, voiceover artist, and multilingual translator, Daniel specializes in messaging that connects across cultures and platforms. With a background in activism, branding, and cross-cultural communication, he manages the studio’s creative direction— shaping content that’s not only beautifully crafted, but deeply resonant.
